The fine print
  • Deposit. $50 holds your slot and comes off the final invoice. With more than 24 hours notice it moves to your new date. Under 24 hours, it is forfeit.
  • Price. The final number is confirmed before I shoot.
  • Delivery. Your gallery link goes out once the final invoice is paid.
  • Weather. If it grounds the drone or kills the twilight light, that part reschedules free. The rest happens as booked.
  • Your media. Licensed to you and your brokerage for marketing the listing. I keep the copyright.
  • Notice. Weekdays 9 to 5, booked at least 24 hours ahead. Need it sooner? Call or text me.
  • Area. Lewiston-Auburn, greater Portland and about 30 miles around them.
